An emotional wellness therapist, mindfulness practitioner, and lifelong believer that healing happens in gentle, unhurried spaces.
I didn't find this work — it found me. After years in a high-pressure career and a season of quiet burnout, I began studying the tools that slowly brought me back to myself: therapy, mindfulness, somatic practice, and the radical idea that rest is not a reward but a right.
That journey changed everything. It also clarified what I wanted to give back. Today, I work with people who are tired of white-knuckling through life and ready for something softer — something that actually holds.
Over the last decade, I've supported hundreds of clients through anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship shifts, and identity transitions. I consider it a privilege every time.
You won't be diagnosed, fixed, or rushed. You'll be met — exactly where you are — with warmth, patience, and deep respect for your pace.
My work draws from CBT, ACT, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices. Science and softness can coexist — and they do here.
Emotions live in the body as much as the mind. We'll work with both: thoughts, patterns, breath, nervous system, and the stories you've been carrying.
You are the expert on your life. I'm here to listen closely, reflect honestly, and offer tools — but the wisdom is always yours.
