A softer kind of start
-
01 Reach out
Send a short note via the contact form. You don't need to have the "right" words — just come as you are.
-
02 Discovery call
We meet for a free 10-minute call. I'll listen, answer your questions, and we'll see if working together feels right.
-
03 First session
Your first full session. No heavy forms, no pressure to share everything. We'll move at your pace.
-
04 Ongoing care
From there, we shape a rhythm that serves your life — weekly, biweekly, or a defined journey like The Reset.
A few gentle details
-
Sessions are online
All sessions take place via a secure, private video platform. You can be anywhere you feel safe and settled.
-
Payment & cancellation
Payment is due at booking. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule without charge — because life happens.
-
Is this therapy or coaching?
I'm a qualified counsellor, not a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. My work is supportive, reflective counselling — helpful for everyday emotional struggles, life transitions, and stress. If you need diagnosis, medication, or clinical-level care, I'll happily refer you to a trusted clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
-
Sliding scale
A small number of sliding-scale spots are reserved each quarter for those in financial need. Please ask — there's no judgment here.
